To join Retro Rewards, create an account on our website, then navigate to the Retro Rewards page and click Join. The rewards program is free to join and once registered, you will automatically be eligible to start earning tokens.

After you sign up for Retro Rewards, you can start earning tokens right away. You’ll earn points with every purchase, plus you’ll earn extra tokens for actions like leaving a review or following us on social media.

After joining Retro Rewards, you’ll be able to check your token balance on the Retro Rewards page or at checkout. You must be logged in to view your token balance.

You can earn tokens for one review per order. However, there is no limit to the number of tokens you can earn when placing an order.

Tokens accumulate on purchases made on or after July 10, 2025.

Tokens will be awarded to your account 30 days after your purchase. Tokens earned for other activities will hit your account soon after you complete them.

You can redeem your tokens for a discount on eligible purchases when you check out. Just be sure you’re logged into your account! Please note that bundles are not eligible for discounts.

Once your order has been placed with redeemed tokens, they cannot be added back into your account.
