    Great handheld!

    I was planning on doing an upgrade to my original Gameboy when I saw the ModRetro. After considering my options, it was no contest. The Chromatic was the only way to go knowing I can play both Gameboy and Gameboy Color games. The metal housing is strong and comfortable to hold. I picked the orange version and I love the retro vibe it has. The screen is vivid and characters and environments are clear. The buttons have a nice feel and are responsive. This is an awesome addition to my retro gaming collection and I recommend it to anyone wanting to relive the fun of old school gaming with the enhancement of modern technology.

    Only 5 stars because I can't give it 10.

    I bought this as a gift for my husband who is very nostalgic about his original Gameboy & still owns many of his favorite games from when he was a kid. He is a wonderful man but very hard to please and tends to be critical of everything I try to surprise him with.

    He has played it every day since he got it and is working through several of his childhood favorites again. He absolutely loves this device and is exceptionally impressed with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. He's especially impressed with the Sapphire screen.

    I was incredibly pleased with the ease of ordering and the amazing speed of delivery. I ordered it on Tuesday & had it in my hands by Thursday!
