Official Rules – ModRetro Chromatic Giveaway

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted for purchases of a ModRetro Chromatic made on or before August 19, 2025.

4. How to Enter

  • Automatic Entry via Purchase: Purchase of a ModRetro Chromatic on or before August 19, 2025 automatically earns one entry.

  • No Purchase Necessary: To enter without purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5" postcard, along with the statement “Goodyear ModRetro Chromatic Giveaway,” and mail it in a #10 envelope to:

    Postcard must be postmarked by August 14, 2025 and received by August 19, 2025.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Goodyear limited‑edition 1‑of‑1 ModRetro Chromatic (Approximate Retail Value: $299.99). No cash or prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around August 20, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within 7 days or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim arising from participation or prize receipt.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administration of the Giveaway and marketing communications from Sponsor, subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
