Workaround Available

The Chromatic display has a somewhat noticeable flicker after a firmware update.

After completing the update, disconnect the USB cable from your Chromatic and remove all batteries. Wait two minutes before reinserting the batteries and turning on your Chromatic.

The firmware updater fails halfway through. The menu is unresponsive after the update.

Please reattempt a Chromatic firmware update using the firmware update tool. Try a different USB port. Please contact ModRetro if you continue to experience this issue.
