    Awsome system worth every dollar, just not understanding how to update the firmware

    Easy System pop and play you're ready to go but if you're somebody like me and doesn't understand how to update the firmware it really doesn't matter you can still just pop in and play the game and the rechargeable battery accessories haven't been able to put it down and the tetris that comes with the bundle is perfect can't say enough good things about this system and it's also available unlike the analog pocket which is way overpriced and more of a luxury item that people don't even use but just for display

    Gameboy Reboot We All Needed!

    I received the O-G gameboy for Christmas in 1989. It was the most anticipated and exciting gift I received as a child, and one of my favorite gift moments in general. Upon hearing about the Chromatic by ModRetro I was super exciting to say the least. I love the intentionality of the pre-internet world it brings back, this while we are being sucked into doom scrolling, 24/7 news feeds, and rage bate comment sections as a pastime or downtime. This is a much needed disengaged escape! Not nostalgia because we are "depressed", but because we are returning to a revamped tried and true device. The device feels great, is built great, the screen is amazing and the volume is impressive. I am looking forward to putting my LSDJ music making cartridge in and blasting some old 8-Bit / Chiptune music I created in the mid 2000's! I love the GB-OG and I now love the Chromatic.

    Engineering miracle, thrilled from the first touch

    I’m absolutely thrilled with my ModRetro Chromatic + Tetris Bundle (Light Blue)! The build quality is outstanding — it feels solid, premium, and has a perfect balance between nostalgia and modern polish. The screen is bright and crisp, making Tetris and other retro titles look fantastic.

    The light blue color looks even better in person — subtle yet stylish — and the included Tetris cartridge is such a fun throwback. The controls are smooth and responsive, and the overall experience feels just like classic handheld gaming, but upgraded for today.
